Kelley received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her career with Bentel & Bentel in Locust Valley, New York, where she was involved in a number of high-end hotel and restaurant interior projects. In 2006, Kelley joined Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), working within the technical group and focusing on contract documentation, coordination, and building code analysis. During her six-year tenure with that firm she became a member of the CAD department and later was appointed CAD Manager for the firm’s New York and Washington, DC offices.
Since joining AAI Kelley’s strong technical skills have benefitted a number of important New York projects, including the Edition Hotel at the renovated Metropolitan Life Clocktower, the 5 Manhattan West development, and Tower 3 at the World Trade Center. More recently she has been involved in the Rolex Building.
